By accessing or using the P4Health website ("Site"), services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or services.

While your test kit is supplied by P4Health, your sample will be analysed by a third-party laboratory, with whom you form a direct relationship upon submission.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must:

  • Not share your account or access credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Ensure you log out from shared devices

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@p4health.com.au. Upon account closure:

  • You will lose access to subscription features (if applicable)
  • Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You may request deletion of personal information subject to our legal retention requirements

We reserve the right to suspend or delete inactive or abusive accounts

Product Availability & Pricing
We aim to keep listings up-to-date, but cannot guarantee product availability or freedom from errors.

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise noted
  • Orders may be cancelled or refunded if pricing or stock errors occur
  • Backordered items will be dispatched when restocked; we will inform you of delays

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to P4Health. This includes text, graphics, logos, and software.

Community Guidelines

If you participate in our community platform:

  • Do not share medical advice or present yourself as a healthcare professional unless properly qualified

  • Respect the privacy and experiences of other community members

P4Health moderators may remove content or restrict access for users who violate these guidelines. Detailed community guidelines are available on our community platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of information
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service
  • You agree to indemnify us from any claim arising from your misuse of the platform

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first. If a dispute arises:

  1. You agree to notify us in writing of the nature of the dispute
  2. Both parties will attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days
  3. If unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies
  4. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Subscription Terms (if applicable) constitute the full agreement between you and P4Health and supersede any prior agreements.
